I finish one ice wine, two left. Those are from Okanagan in Canada.It was first time. It was really sweet, natural. The taste was sweet like a grape jam but different.
You can not even get those wines. It is unique, rare, good quality. They make just a small quantity.

an ice wine harvest, which in extreme cases can occur after the New
Year, on a northern hemisphere calendar. This gives ice wine its
characteristic refreshing sweetness balanced by high acidity.
